Accessibility

At SONIVA we are committed to offering an inclusive experience, in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We work continuously to ensure our site is usable with keyboard, screen readers, system settings (high contrast, text size, reduced motion) and assistive devices.

Conformance status

Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We use semantic tags, logical tab order, visible focus, alternative text, adequate contrasts, and ARIA when it adds meaning without duplicating information.

Keyboard navigation

  • Tab/Shift+Tab to move between interactive elements.
  • Enter/Space to activate buttons and links.
  • Esc closes dialogs and menus.
  • “Skip to content” at the beginning of the page to go to the main content.

Tip: we maintain a consistent and visible focus order at all times.

Multimedia and motion

  • Avoid autoplay with audio. We provide controls.
  • Captions and/or transcripts for key media.
  • We respect prefers-reduced-motion to reduce animations.

Accessible forms

  • labelinput association and clear error messages.
  • ARIA roles and properties when necessary.
  • aria-live="polite" regions for notifications.

Validation message will appear here.

Compatibility

  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • High contrast systems / dark mode.
  • Modern browsers and main screen readers.

Known limitations

  • Some legacy PDFs are in the process of remediation.
  • Third-party content may not fully reach AA compliance in all cases.

If you encounter barriers, please let us know.
